He broke the only mirror of my life,
tiny shining pieces now left scattered for us to see.
In my heart, I decided not to trust my heart again,
and in his heart he knew, today life wasn't being fair to me.
I learnt not to wait for moments now, be it in love or hate,
cos even feelings these days come with an expiry date.
